Our new coating line has expanded what Chapman’s can offer, giving foodservice, wholesale and development customers greater flexibility when it comes to coated fish and seafood products.
We can produce a wide range of breaded, battered and flavoured coated products, from fish fingers, fillets, goujons and bites to speciality products. Working alongside Subzero’s portioning, bandsawing and pressing capabilities, we can also produce accurate cuts, shapes and weights to meet specific product requirements.
