Chapman's Customers expect high-quality, safe fish & seafood products. As a company with over 40 years' experience in the seafood industry we know how important the sustainability of our oceans resources is.
At Chapman's it is our intention to ensure, that all fish raw materials are sourced from sustainable stocks / fisheries / species that is environmentally sound, economically viable, socially responsible, and non-exploitative. Whether stocks are farmed or wild caught we take the upmost pride in maintaining high standards in sustainability for wildlife and working conditions for labour.
Wherever possible we source ingredients and raw materials locally, many of our vegetables and herbs are sourced in Lincolnshire and farmed fresh on local farms. On raw materials sourced nationally and internationally we work with our suppliers to strict codes of conduct to ensure all our products are ethically and sustainably sourced wherever possible.
