Cooking From Frozen:
Oven bake from frozen: Remove all packaging and place onto an ovenproof dish or tray and cook in an oven preheated to 190°C / Gas Mark 5 for approximately 18 minutes.

Oven bake from frozen: Remove from packaging and place onto an ovenproof dish and cook in an oven preheated to 180ºC / Gas Mark 4 for 25 - 30 minutes. Deep fry: Preheat the oil to 180ºC and cook for 6 - 8 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
