Cooking From Frozen:

Oven bake from frozen: Remove all packaging and place onto an ovenproof dish or tray and cook in an oven preheated to 190°C / Gas Mark 5 for approximately 18 minutes.

Oven Cook: Preheat oven to 220°C (Gas Mark 7). Place frozen squid on a preheated baking rack and bake for 7-9 minutes or until golden brown, turning over halfway through cooking. Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C. Deep fry frozen squid for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Pan Fry: Preheat lightly oiled frypan to low temperature.
