These are unique and very challenging times for all of us and we want to be able to work more closely with our Retailers so we are very pleased to announce that our New Stockists Portal is now available to all our Retail & Stockist Partners. 

Here at Chapmans we pride ourselves on Quality products and we have been supplying many of our regular stockists for many years.

​Sometimes we get so busy making sure Chapmans food is as great tasting as ever we forget to talk to our stockists as often as we should, so we are going to put that right with our New Stockists Scheme.

What you need to do

You will first need to register with us so simply visit and sign-up with your email and password and we will send you your unique Login details and work with you to make sure your user account is properly set up. None of this changes your trading account terms with Chapman's, which will continue in the same way, but the Portal will give you access to:

1. Simplified Online Ordering  which does not affect your account terms and no online payments at checkout but it is an enhanced ordering gateway you can use when it suits you 24/7

2. Marketing Support and the ability to download marketing and point of sale material or order printed leaflets and posters online

3. Mobile Friendly – we have made our portal adaptable to all devices so you can order from your phone whilst on the shop floor without the need for an App

4. Production Specifications and Information & up to date new product news and stock details.
